Brutality in this country yes. so much people were found and look at that murder toll its just shocking
TWO MORE murders were recorded yesterday in Aranjuez and along the North Coast Road in Maracas.

One of the victims was identified as Mark Lokhan, 24, of Petit Curacaye, Santa Cruz Old Road, Lower Santa Cruz, while the other, a female, remained unidentified up to late yesterday.

The discovery of the first victim was made around 7 a.m, yesterday by CEPEP workers who were cleaning an area along River Road in Aranjuez south. The workers spotted the body of Lokhan floating in a drain at the side of the road.

The police were notified and officers from the Barataria Police Station, Homicide Bureau of Investigations and Special Anti-Crime Unit of Trinidad and Tobago went to the scene.

After the victim's body was fished out of the water, police discovered he had a gunshot wounds to the back of the head and one in the stomach. Relatives identified Lokhan based on the description officers gave to them. A motive for the incident is yet to be established.

In the second incident, a passerby stopped along the North Coast Road in Maracas to urinate when he got a stench emanating near a precipice. The man told police when he looked over the precipice he saw the decomposing body of a female. Investigations are continuing into both incidents.

Up to late yesterday the murder figure stood at 444. The figure for the same period last year was 458.

Meanwhile, Kevon Castellano, 24, who had addresses in Maturita Village and Cocorite Road, Arima, was identified as the man who was chased and shot dead near Kantac Plaza along the Eastern Main Road in Arouca on Monday.

The 17 year old girl who was missing was found in Princess Town yesterday by a passerby. Sunshine Alfred who was employed with the civilian corps was found beaten and stabbed to death. She was last seen heading in a taxi to her friends house to do her hair but the story twisted when several tries to her call phone was answered by the taxi driver stating that her phone was in his car and that her boyfriend began attacking her in the car and ordered him with a gun to drive to a lonely area and drop her off.
There are also two stalkers that said to the neighbourhood that they will be watching her every move so there are two motives
