What are some things you've seen that you wish you could unsee? List your reasons if you wish; hopefully we'll prevent some life-scarring or time wasting.

Movies:
Pulp Fiction (amusing at times, nonsensical, druggy, ridiculous, forced my way through it)

I Spit On Your Grave
(Graphic, scarring, I will hate the guy that recommended this forever)

Precious
(Messed up teenage & family scenarios, disturbing, upsetting, difficult to stomach, never again)

Nut Job
(poor plot and voice casting, time wasted for me)

The Secret World of Arriety
(terrible monotonous voice acting, ruined the whole movie for me, plot was also poor)

Reading:
The wikipedia description of "A Serbian Film". Do Not google it. Seriously the most graphic and scarring thing you'll ever come across.

I've seen some really life scarring stuff! One that has really stuck out was, when I was 13yrs old, I accidentally walked in on an old, very, very unattractive....not pleasing to the eye...at all...She was using the washroom...Isn't it funny the way your eye wanders to all the wrong places, at the most inopportune time? Really wish I could unsee that....:/

*Shudders* I'm guessing that image never left you lol

My tolerance for being able to stand watching abuse, especially graphic scenes (rape, grossly detailed beatings/murders etc) has dropped so bad I have to read reviews for movies, shows, and books to screen them first before watching. I'm sure there are many more to add to the list but I can't remember the names and don't want to be scarred with google search lol

The Killer Inside Me (couldn't finish watching the movie. Graphic physical and sexually abusive scenes, with references to past childhood abuse from a seriously twisted psychopath)

Ivan the Incredible (this is the review from an actual review site, don't take my word for it: Ivan the Incredible is the English-language version of a Danish animated movie. Kids used to the upbeat rhythm of American cartoons and movies will find this film's pace slower and some scenes repetitive. In an odd departure for a story with bullying as its theme, the underlying and puzzling message is that it's better to be bullied than to become a bully yourself. Ivan's father is a disrespectful blow-hard who cares little for his child's well-being throughout most of the movie. Cartoon action consists mainly of chases, punches, strong-armed intimidation, and name-calling. Though the animation is unique, often funny and inventive, most of the female characters are distinguished by great sagging breasts. Be prepared for some coarse behavior (i.e., spitting, peeing, belching).

ewww....I watched it out hoping it would get better.....it didn't lol even the south park spinoff was nasty. Don't even google it!

There were two movies? How was that allowed to happened? After I saw the first one I was terrified to go anywhere for ages :( That's not a wake up call, that's all kinds of phobias and mental issues waiting to happen, especially if you live in a crime-ridden country with corrupt officers in the law and lots of discreet places surrounded by bush and...oh...wait......nvm.

I wish I could unsee a lot of the fatal accidents which occur on our roadways. It bothers me to know that someone I know can be the next gruesome statistic.

I wish I could unsee the spiteful attempts to bad drive. It sometimes gets me very enraged to the point where I feel like firing shots or driving up on the person's car over their bonnet.

I wish I could unsee the video from the thread on here with the state of Trincity's bathroom. That is just a nightmarish video, it doesn't help that the posters commented on shoes after.

I agree, the road wars don't leave much to the imagination. You can't ever unsee freshly skewered limbs on the road, no matter how many years later.

That Trincity vid......yeah I'm avoiding that mall for as long as I can lol
