I was watching IBN jus now and i man called in and said how in the area he lived (no area specified ) he has a 9 yr old girl child and a 53 yr old man wrote a letter saying how she sexy and how he horny and how we wanna have sex with she..she girl was so frighten that she told her father..they father didnot want to hit him so her went to the police station and they said they cannot do the man anything unless he strikes..WTF IS THIS! The man do not know what to do ..he fears for his child..

WHat kinda sicko would do this..nasty ewwwwww i do even know what to say here

he wrote a letter??? shouldn't that be enough proof showing that her life is in danger!! these people retarded or what!! she is 9 years old she can become vulnerable in any situation they should have at least put her in some sort of protection if they can't act against him!! wow
