Be Safe and Healthy for Carnival 2013...You can't tell if food is safe by just looking or whether the premises and its staff follow proper food preparation and handling practices so BE CAREFUL...u can protect yourselves from high noise levels, sunburn and the consumption of unsafe food and water during the carnival period....

Any member of the public in Trinidad and Tobago can complain to the Public Health Inspectorate about public health problems such as poor drainage, animal rearing, garbage or unclean facilities.......
Complaints can be lodged with your County Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) by:
Telephone....Completing a "Complaint for Investigation" form at a CMOH office....or Sending a letter...

thanks it's really good to know..alot of food places appear to be clean but in their kitchens its rat mess, greasy pools of rotten foods, leaks , smells ... osha needs to do more inspection
