Hmmm,Oh shucks...we short 1400 officers in our Police Service?? Orrr???So that's the reason why they does respond so late to calls for assistance? That's why dey does take bribe? Because they short staffed and Manning aint paying them their dues when they work double the hours? Oh hor..now ah know..but tell me this..If there are less officers present at any shift, how come they still doesn't have vehicle to drive on official polica business when they need it? Using simple Math logic..If i buy squad cars for 20 officers, but it only have 14 officers, shouldn't there "ALWAYS" be a ready vehicle for police business? Then why dey still use that as an excuse as to not respond?....oh and yes.....I am being vrey sarcastic!
