Nasty Sickness Going Around

It does start with a slight headache then you get diarrhea, constipation, nausea, stomach cramps. Your thoughts racing all night and you cant sleep. Yeah all that from one sickness. It really messes up your digestion track. Leaves you weak.. light headed. Everybody in my house get it.. it dont last long only one day and night but it it brutal.

Nasty Sicknes Going Around

Last night I took two panadol multisymptom tablets. The non drowsy would work too but the multisymptom helps you sleep a little. This morning I drank some lemon juice in water it help with the nausea.
I didn't take any anti diarreal medications but i have some imodium incase.
For the dizziness and nausea you can use gravol its an over the counter drug for motion sickness and vomiting. It comes in small orange 50mg tablets. Dont use it with alcohol or if operating machinery cuz it makes you drowsy.
The panadol and lime juice working so far so i'll use that unless it get worse.

It has been around for real.... A friend of mine had it but it lasted several days.... Lots of water. sunlight, are the best methods to use...

Yeah you'll get dehydrated so drink lots of water and dont just lie in bed all day lol some activity would make it more bareable .
My mother had it peak yesterday but she gone back to work already today. I hope its a weak strain i have cuz my friend had it for about five days. It strange though I had the cold the same time he had this and I didn't catch it.. when the cold went is when i got this.. weird.

I guess its your body resistant....If its low then you catch everything and if its high well yuh body will fight it....

yea dat happened to me last year i started wit chills den d headache but i mostly had vomiting

I got something like this 2 weeks ago,but I more had a severe fever though, my sibling on the other hand got the whole works,but I managed to recover within 3 days.

I think that fruits are better to eat than food during one's illness....You may not have an appetite so eat fruits....

ya ... i have had a cough for like 6mths now lol. i scared to go to the doctor soo lol

I feeling better but i still sick and i started back my routine drinking since sunday lol tables done lol and i was suppose to go back be the doctor today and i did not hmmm
