They didn't have to, they just left the cameras running and the cameras recorded it. It was up to all the grieving fans to claim whether its michael's ghost.. for everyone else things like that happen quite often. Cameras pick up grains of dust or reflections and shadows thats what recording devices do. This one picked up a shadow from an off screen source of course it will show up on film. If there was a spider on the lens that would show up too.. if a fire had started behind the camera it would've showed up.. if the light went of yeah..
