Hey recently i've been studying and stressing alot. My appetite has totally changed and also due to this my hair has been dropping in exessive amounts. I also have thin hair not so thick but gorgeous mind me lol but i'm so worried. I've tried all sorts of things from Indian Oils to Calcium and nothing won't stop it . Does anyone know anything other i can take or do for my hair to stop dropping ?
 
Thanks i will look them up and see..this thing real bothering me cuz my hair dont drop so..its like handfulls a day
 
Hey try using olive oil in your hair. you can apply it leave it for a night and wash it out the next morning. i use that on my kids and it works . it helps keep their hair strong and shiny
 
Hmmmm thanks i will try it thou just use the cooking olive oil or the one for the hair?
 
Eat lots of protein...Protein is needed to help hair grow....hair is made of keratin which is a type of protein..more protein u eat the better chance of growing hair at a faster rate....Besides protein ur body needs iron and zinc as well to support healthy an fast hair growth..healthy fats too are important as well as vitamin B and vitamin C....these nutrients help u to have healthy hair which allows ur hair to grow as fast as possible as well as avoid hair lost...
u can take a little olive oil and heat it then take the oil and massage the scalp..take a plastic cup and cover your hair with the oil on the scalp...leave the oil on the scalp for an hour and then wash it out with shampoo...u can try massaging your scalp with your fingertips every day...
