Have you ever called Digicel or bmobile to talk with their Customer representatives what are you experience with them, why is it that alot of them are so hoggish are mean. And i don't only mean digicel or bmobile some bank tellers and other places are the same. Ok some time ago i called digicel to ask them one question first thing i said was good after noon and i have to repeat me problem/question three times because they switched me to other persons who i was told was able to deal with this matter, well after all that i talked to the last person which was a male. I really did not know what problem this dude was going through because he sounded like he did not even cared when i was talking but after still no help at all i ask the Customer rep "sir what is your name" i did this because if i needed to call back i could just ask to speak with this person because i don't want the long run ah round again but you no what he told me he said "sorry sir i'm not divulging my name to anyone in the public" i was like but i need to know you name so if i call back i can talk to you directly. The dude real started to give me attitude and i said but all i am asking is your name you all are obligated to give you names and he said no we are no and i said is this how digicel operates because i called many time before and everyone told me their names, and then he said that not me and said him name was "marvin" i was like marvin what? he was like just marvin. I said so marvin if that your real name what your telling me, so you don't have a last name then and hung up on me i was wtf just so.

So guy have you ever gotten attitude from customer Reps before share your stories here.
 
yeh especially if ur card didn't go through, they can't use d serial no on d card,u have to check wit d store. so if u in an emergency ur dogs ded!!!
 
sometimes i does wonder if these same people does know what you do to people is done back to you, when you treat people like crap or give people attitude and you know you darm well getting paid to do your job. These same people (csr) will feel the same thing done to them in other places, these things have a funny way of coming back to hunt you
 
A time i called very curiously to see if my circle hook up because it kept denying and to see if it can work in other countries and just simple questions i asking her and she was talking like if she want to kill me and i annoying her . gosh these people want to loose thir customers or wah?
 
Customer Representatives or CSR issues

I dont get bad people for this. Maybe all the ones I call had super days :). But some of them weren't very helpful.. lol. Maybe I've learn't from stories like yours but I never feel like calling a telecom company for anything much.
 
I don't know why some of them does get on so for real they getting pay to do their jobs well do it don't be so hoggish, and you know the best this is when you call to ask them for help they don't even know what you talking about, you the person know more than them. You know how much time i have to explain what so and so is just for them to understand geez train the people better na bmobile and digicel lol
 
CSR is alot of work and they have to put up with all kinda people in different hours of the day..Sometimes its none stop and calls jus keep coming and coming... I never had any bad experience with CSR...Thank god.... U jus one of thosse unfortunate person to call at the wrong time... I know its not there job to object or be rude but they are human beings ...
 
I'm sure i'm not the only only one and i'm sure their are alot more people getting bad service from csr then some who are getting good service, People have no training and they need to do their jobs reason why they had to do a social evaluation
 
I understand that they have to deal with stuff but IT'S THEIR JOB AND THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT AND THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE SIGNED UP FOR ITS NOT LIKE IF THEY WERE FORCED TO DO IT.
 
Time will come when these same hoggish people have to go to a hospital or places to find out things and they will get the same treatment like how they treat people
