CRIME WATCH talk show host Ian Alleyne has be fired by win tv's company's management. This is sad to know that someone who is actually doing something to help the poor people of this country and removes him from continuing his work.

CRIME WATCH talk show host Ian Alleyne was last evening fired from World Indian Network (Win TV) by the company's management.

Alleyne, who cried during a brief telephone interview with the Express last evening, confirmed his dismissal, saying he believed it was politically motivated.

He said the company's Chairman, Mohan Jaikaran, handed him a dismissal letter saying that his services were no longer required.

Alleyne, who is also the President of the Trinidad and Tobago Crime Watch, shot into the spotlight a few years ago with the Crime Watch programme in which he investigated hundreds of matters and assisted the police in the arrest of suspects.

He was also involved in the seizure of narcotics and illegal arms and ammunition throughout the country.

oh no..no..admin Ian Alleyne was not fired....an yes i luv him an would stand out in d rain to bring him bk coz he's doing wat d police can't an wount do.....Mr Sunil Ramdeen just ask him to deceased from making derogatory statements.....come on ppl Mr Alleyne sayin dat he got fired but its not true his cursing an language is lowering d standard of d show and sponsors don't want to invest...so ah feel he looking for ah new station to take him for ratings and different sponsers....Sir ur making a big deal of an wants d public to pity u but we respect d wrk ur doing.....ur great an stand wit pride coz we will stand by u alld way sir.....

Well thats news where did you get that info from, Ian Alleyne seems to be the only person actually putting a dent on crime and he's not getting paid to do it. I don't know what to believe so i need to know where you got that info from.

On Ian Alleyne Fan Page he stated that his jackets and reports were thrown into a bin and escorted out of WIN TV premises like a criminal so yes he was fired for "political corruption"..dont understand that but yep but he is still saying that many could text him and help him find a new station

Ian Alleyne is the best thing that happened to T&T in a long time, but he is trying to get new sponsers and a new TV station, he is saying does things because he wants to keep his fan base, WINTV has a news statement out on this issue an it said Mr Alleyne was never fired

Wintv is only popular because of the crimewatch program, not that crime watch is no longer on, many people will stop view wintv for sure

Well according to him on his FAN PAGE Owned by him it's stated that he was fired soooo yeahhh..noone knows the media is a terrible drug that only knows what they want you to know eh and not the real story sometimes
