Coconut Bread Anyone?

Coconut bread anyone? Have you ever seen this or eaten this, what is this i'm taking about you say lol, let me explain when a coconut is growing their is a mall shoot cur it open and you will see a yellow softish thing inside thats called the bread, its real good tastes i would not lie. I posted up some pics of what i'm talking about.

oh yes admin it does taste very nice .......but u leave d heart ....inside the green shoot close to the shell dat soft piece inside does eat sweet...try it

Well i does eat it but i doh like it so much....up by me does have plenty trees so we does make a trip and pick all and sit down and eat it
