Begging in Trinidad under false pretenses

So i want to share something with you guys and i'm sure alot of you all know this person who does be Begging in Trinidad under false pretenses. He does be in a wheel chair with a cardboard sign stating he can't talk and is disabled and needs money. The same man who does be in a wheelchair making people feel sorry for him and making people believe he can't walk, well this same man i saw a few times once in the Republic Bank ATM in City Gate withdrawing money ( Yes i actually saw him doing it) and a few times walking on Fedrick Street Port Of Spain with the same sign stating he is disabled, can't talk and needs money.
Two times i approached him asking why is he fooling people with this gimmick and you know what he did he cursed me repeatedly and threw the sign at me and walked away.
So i took out photos so people would know who i'm talking about.

is he d same person in chagunuas.....he lives with his family in ah big house in Chagunuas an begs coz dats his daily job....maybe dey caught on to him in central so he gone north were ppl are conscious about disable ppl an feel sorry for dem....its about someone highlight dis!!!

yes alot of people and the police caught up with his skeemish acts in Chaguanas and now he gone in POS .. Nearly evening when i passing to go home from school i used to see him buying DVDs with the money he get ..its a sad world yes sigh

it is truly sad...when these people pretend to be disabled whilst there are many individuals out there who are disparately in need of help.

i am telling you yes ..its ah real shame to see what these people wud do for money .. they wont even WORK FOR IT LIKE US..OR AT LEAST GET A JOB DOING SMALL STUFF ATLEAST SELF NAH GOSHH
