Are we becoming more like Haiti is a question we should be asking our selves, we have a don't care government that is seems to be incompetent in curbing crime, the rising food prices, unemployment etc. Not forgetting the opposition too they are nothing better than the government them selves. But look at the resources we have in T&T do we have adequate water supply people still crying for water, do we have cheap foods to buy the answer is no, are we protected from crime hell no, are the roads good enough for us no. SO whats happening to all this money we have that should be put into better use for our people? why is the Government deafening their every action, is this some kinda of sick joke or some kinda of playground in the parliament.
The lawlessness can not be contained, more wild and crazy we are getting as i say we are getting more like Haiti and no one is their to stop it

well i was thinkingthe same. Partick adressed us on news and said how it will have enought because they was dicovering new places to dril for oil but i think he is lying and then we jus got a new market cuz we supplying USA And Asia and caribbean countries...what are we going to save for ourselves?

omg haitians are scary!!!! that would be sad if that happen because [no offense] but those people are wild!!

Why Haiti is like that today i because their is no stability in the country, it is a poor country, and the most of the people can't afford to buy food and they don't have jobs because of the economy

wow when i think of haiti i think of like old shacks and dirt roads and people fighting in the streets and rioting, oo im scared!

we are not that far now the amount of lawlessness it have in this country, the government i sticking its tentacles in the media stopping the media rights. Most of the police in the country are not doing their jobs and some of them taking bribes. People killing each other for less than 50 dollars are we that far

Just now our resources and all going to be used up and then we will truly suffer ..tighten your belts lol

Sita i think that you are right i was watching a documentary on NAGEO an they said america's reserves are going down and they need a full and permanent supply of oil and natrual gas and PM said that he heading for a permanent contract with them. so i guess you theory is correct

Yes this is so tru i hear some people talking about this the other day America is running low on its reserves i just hope they can get a full supply somewhere else than can guarantee them a permanent contract

Thinking about becoming like Haiti is a scary taught.... But i honestly don't think our economy has reach a stage of collapasing....I don't think we should have such negative thooughts about our country like that...yes things don't go well with the government and the decisions they make but we should be thankful the country has resouces to help us out.

Do you really see the people of Trinidad and Tobago benefiting or are we suffering, the economy is strong but what is a country with out the people and if you keep making the poor poorer and the richer well you can't talk about economy.
People are being killed everyday lack of water and food for everyone, But again with out the people their will be no economy its just a statement

I think in the next year we have to worry. the hatians used up their resources starting from the eraly 1700s and it was called St Domingue . the British and French divided it into two territories where they harvested their resources and started shipping it to all over the world including India and Asia And Europe And Spain And France

Yep.. do you see everyting going down in our country ..jus now we will be socially cleansed :0
