Yes that is with AC on 80% of the time, conservative driving and timely maintenance.

Last engine i had was doing 222000km but died due to a hose burst an engine over heat badly.....Yea people i also just decided to check this still in the process after seeing brothehood gas mileage lol but im looking to get about 500 and change on a full tank of gas super that is with mix driving ac on etc but bump my head forget to check how much litres it took to full lol........1.8L engine how much do you all get??

Once you keep your engine in check it will keep combusting for a long time. Brotherhood's car is a good example of this.

I didn't state my fuel mileage so I guess I will now lol.
2693cc , 76l tank, 450km or so(never ran it below the last quarter). I usually refill from a quarter, about 61L, 350km. A/C is always on, spend about 3-4 hours or so in traffic every week.
