Hey you all its the Turtle Laying Season Again! Turtle sight seeing especially in this time around attracts thousands of touritsts and locals...As we know Matura Bay the long stretch of soft sand was the ideal place to see the Huge! humongus! leather back turtles lay their eggs for years...but now however, like the turtles are now frighten to go there again and it has decreased their appearance in the Matura area..now Turtles are appearing in the manzanilla area coming up shore to lay their eggs..when many people hear of this they fled to the mnzan area where they camped out to see them. Just the other day a crane truck caught one that was lost and was trying to cross the road but luckily they lifted it up and set her back to shore. My family and i went friday night to witness this sight and well there were alot of people..we saw only 5 but they turned back when they saw alot of people..when we talked to some turtle watchers they reportedly said that the sand is too hard here to dig their holes so they are turning back and going up shore...we didnot have a chance to see them on the shore but i was 5ft away from one and it was reaching me by my knees and i am tall so i was very big..Sightings have reported from also Las Cuevas and maracas bay ....Anyone going? We might go again friday in matura this tme
