Trini Trophy Husbands

In Today's Society as Trinidad and Tobago is progressing we are witnessing the rise of men being domestic also known as a "trophy husband" while the wives are working . A trophy husband can be described as a man who takes care of the house and children while his wife is working and is the sole breadwinner of their household. Nothing is wrong about that at all ! However, in our society the norm has always been "the husband has to work and the women have to stay home". According to the Newspapers there are more men than women in classes or in a workplace , even the teaching sector has more women than men. Women these days are reaching for their goals and being more independent.
However, people say that due to this the men feel emasculated and left out of their family but on the other hand some say that men are now choosing to stay home and watch the kids.
