The judge was kind is this case but at this day and age i don't think he should 16 years olds and 17 years are killing people sealing and you sill giving them bail, they should be punished more severely the know what they are doing.
TWO teenagers who allegedly robbed and carried away their 14-year-old schoolmate against his will, were placed on bail by a Princes Town magistrate on Thursday.

The 16-year-old, of Princes Town, and 17-year-old, of San Fernando, were each placed on $8,000 bail.

It was alleged they robbed a Form Two pupil of the Barrackpore West Secondary School of $31 and placed him in a maxi taxi to take them to his New Grant, Princes Town, home to get more money.

Their lawyer, Russell Pena, said the incident allegedly occurred over payment for an iPod, a portable media player.

First Court Senior Magistrate Indrani Cedeno warned that if that was so, it was not the way to resolve the matter.

The young men were warned to stay away from the 14-year-old. They were also ordered to report to the police station nearest to their home on Saturdays.

The matter was adjourned to Friday.

How these boys feel now as they get caught? they want to put on a sad face now and say how they innocent. People should think if they really being fair to themselves for robbing people. some one should rob them instead i would like that to happen and see how them would feel cuz people only care about money these days

This was a poor decision by the judge...My guess is that these boys now feel that they can walk over anybody now!!! Being in jail, in the court room, they live to tell the world of the fast life!!!! YTC was the right place for them
