PSA Leader Watson Duke Getting Mad?

So the PSA leader Watson Duke getting mad or something, just because he's not getting the wage increase for the PSA workers he will try to discourage visitors from Coming to Trinidad and Tobago for carinival?
In his most recent out cry to the media he made a statement encouraging foreigners not to come to Trinidad and Tobago because the government is not doing anything about the crime situation in the country.
If he wants to battle with the government for wage increases no problem but tourism for carnival is a money making avenue for the country. To my opinion this is getting out of hand and he is getting ridiculous.

Did he really say he will do everything in his power to shut down work on the new project with the highway to Point Fortin, i hope he don't because i will need to use that to get to my relatives in a shorter time
