Opening Tomorrow: Leap Year, Dear John: Interested?

Leap Year and Dear John are opening nationwide tomorrow.

I will take a strong pass on Leap Year. I like Amy Adams but I hear this was rel bad (as in the literal sense lol).

Dear John looking kinda sad, but not in a sappy way. I might give it a go.

Leap year was one of those romantic movie... She was on her way to Ireland to meet her boyfriend to propose to him.... Got lost on the way..Met the guy.... Guy tried to help her... Got suck in alot of situation with the guy.... Shared a kiss.... Finally reach to her original boyfriend.... Boyfriend inturn propose to her... She glance twice at both of them and said yes to him... Left Ireland.... Boyfriend said he kinda only propose to her due to a job...Left the geek...Went back to Ireland.... Found the guy...express feeling to him... He left her....She left him...She look like she was going to commit sucide....

My fingers are hurting...so until next week

Dear John is huge early friday estimates have it at 15 million.. for a 30 million weekend. Because it's a chick flick it wont fall as hard on superbowl sunday as Avatar. It should be the new number 1 this weekend.
It's based on a book .. didn't know that.. I like that. lol.

Yes. Dear John is based on a novel by Nicholas Sparks. The author of The Notebook. Wow, women really came out for this film, that opening is huge, and will be the highest opening over the Superbowl weekend, surpassing Hannah Montana 3D Concert if it holds up.

Leap year continues..... While I thought she was going to commit suicide, the Ireland guy appear behind her.... there he propose his love for her a his mother's ring.... THE END..... Yes she did accept

I saw the begining of the show and immediately classed it as one of those totally predictable romantic chick flicks. While i have no quams with chicks flicks, this movie was too silly really for me to continue watching. sorry.

Hmm..such is usually the case with romance films...they're too predictable...then again, there are only so many ways one can fall in love.

the predictablility in these type of shows are not what gets me angry. If you've ever watched a few of these shows you'll know how it turns out. So the destination is not what's important..its the journey there. (metaphor for those that don't follow what i'm talkin about.) The shows are so shallow and cliche'd that they feel empty. So the endings are some-what stale and don't really satisfy...
