Labour Minister Rennie Dumas caused a stir in the House of Representatives yesterday when his cellphone went off suddenly with the ring tone of a person shrieking. All cellphones on the person of MPs, members of the public and others in the Parliament Chamber must be off or on silent . “That sounds like a Chinese,” quipped UNC MP Roodal Moonilal. It never seems to amaze me how these politition can't seem to follow or abide by the laws of the land, but yet the looking down and condemning those that don't below them. "Lead by example people"

That was on the express papers, i was not their so i don't know but you know these days some of the kinda things some men does have as their ring tones are disgusting, so why not a minister.
