Based on the tint thread, the same thing applies to headlights. As long as your driving lights are either white or the usual yellow, its fine. Up to 8000k HID should be legal but your results may vary depending on the discretion of the officer.
Indicators should be yellow. Park lights should not be blue, red and an assortment of colours. Same laws apply, either the usual yellow or white. All those guys with blue fog light trims and mirror lights are illegally using them. Its just a matter of time before they are ticketed.
Just for your general knowledge: Headlight colours are measured in Kelvin. It is a unit of temperature that we use to measure headlight colours.
Here is a chart for your convenience
Legal colours will range from 4300k to 8000k. However, halogen bulbs can be as yellow as 3200k and that is also legal.)
*** Please bare in mind when purchasing "whiter" driving lights that cheaper HID kits and replacement bulbs may claim a pure white, 5000k light or a cool blue 6000k light but may really be a lot bluer than 6000k and may also be dimmer than your original bulbs.
