KIA Sorento Reveal Trinidad

So the all new Kia Sorento was revealed in Movie Towne POS recently and has caused quite a 'fan girling ' reaction from the crowd.
Personally it is hott! Take a look !

Comes with a 3.5 DOHC CVVT Gasoline Engine
6 Speed Auto
70 Litres fuel tank capacity.

It looks the part. Been following since the concept. Only thing I don't like is the CVT and can it use Super gas?

No It Has to run on Premium from what i heard. Kia keeps on stunning everyone. The sorento is quite eye catching and the interior is very spacious and luxurious

The premium fuel is an eye sore for me... I pay $165 to pull a 76l tank with a 2.7 truck gasoline engine on super from the quarter. would not want to full a Sorento 3.5 70l with Premium.

Toyota runs on Super, Kia generally too, they surprised me with this one man. Its not necessarily a bad thing but cost wise it will be a lot.

The Chevy Cruze running on Super too because of the Eco Tec Engine.

I wish they made the Sorento Diesel . Now that is something i want to see. I hate to see SUVs coming with super/premium, it just irks me.

Gasoline SUVs are normal and its not a bad thing maintenance wise. What I can't take on is that premium thing.

My friend uses Premium in his 1.6 Tiida and pays a considerable amount more than me in a week and my engine is 1.1l bigger than his, so is my tank.
So I can only imagine how much a Sorento will cost to full.

I'd take the Cruze yes it will end up costing you way less to full in a week and that figure will probably compensate for some resale later down the line.

He runs premium in a tiida :bolt:wow a tiida runs on super fine but the higher the quality of gas the better.....

The better until your bill ends up being twice what it could be and with bigger engines that's something you don't want.

With the problems we have with diesel locally, I will gladly keep my 2693cc gas. Gas is more expensive but diesels have more maintenance. I know several people who have proven this.

The Qash coming Diesel option but i doubt it is available here.

I now did my research and they said that it is also coming in a Turbo Diesel Option. YAY! However, limited to certain countries.
