LET's assume that the laws underlying those traffic offenses that received increased fines in our latest budget are actually enforced. I would like to know if clear,technology-based guidance will be issued to the general public to define what is an illegal tint.

You see madame Minister of Finance, given that $2000 penalty, you have now made it feasible for folks to sue the state if any police officers arbitrarily pulls over someone and ask them to remove tints that the vehicle owner was advised was legal at the time of installation.

Taken from the express.

This is writer is so very true, they keep on taking about illegal tints what what exactly is it, I know alot of people that have been pulled over and had their tints removed and it was legal tints they had.

Like an explanation on the new tax, an eplanation on this issue is still outstanding. I've heard that 20% is illegal. Which is rather light!

So can i ask something here

1. Why can army people have dark tints on their leisure vehicles
2. Why can police have it on their normal home vehicles
3. Why can government people have it on theirs
4. Why can rich people have it on theirs
5. Why cant poorer people of the country have it

THE GOVERNMENT IS WHAT WE FOLLOW..ALL THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS ARE MADE BY THEM..SO WHY WHEN THEY MAKE IT THEY NOT STICKING TO IT. I FIND ITS SO UNFAIR TO EVERYONE.
