Gay/Lesbian Rights Bill

With the disturbing arguments and appealing conversations that many are fighting over do you support or against this bill..

In My opinion while i do agree with religious beliefs we have to look at it both in two ways :

-ITS NOT ABOUT US What about the children who were born this way AND IT'S SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN THAT SOCIALIZATION AND MORE TESTOSTERONE OR ESTROGEN IN A MALE OR FEMALE MAKES THEM TURN THE OTHER SIDE
- We cannot neglect our citizens of the country! There are many who commit suicides and go into depression because of this ..especially children who are BULLIED because of their sexual attraction because there is nothing in place for them that the law says its okay
- BRAIN DRAIN ! Because many would migrate to other countries if ours don't look our for all our citizens despite what gender they would be attracted to and their partner would not be recognized as their wife/husband
- TOURISM DECLINE : Many gay/lesbians would not come to our country if we are not equally just in judging people
- Parents : some don't know how to deal with their children being on the other side because their are not even legal marriages allowed in the country

So its their choice and we have to let them be . Yes we follow our religion and that's our problem but the state needs to look after ALL CITIZENS AND ITS THEIR RIGHT ! We cannot have downfalls because of not putting things in place for everyone . I understand thats going against all religions but then again we cannot have suicides and oppressed children growing up hiding in closets so afraid . WE HAVE ONE LIFE TO LIVE AND PEOPLE CHOOSE TO LIVE DIFFERENTLY AND THAT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM BUT THEIRS

They have a right to their personal choices but marriage was designed for natural relationships and should never be changed to suit unnatural arrangements.
There should be a system of contractual arrangement for their partnership, that is recognized by the state but never the transgression of ideologies held by others.
That community needs to create their own contractual system for their partnership.
Just as they have a right to their personal choices and they deserve to have others respect that right, they are obligated to respect the rights of others to the sanctity of their ideals.
That community must respect the rights of others in their fight for their own rights.
Absolutely no one has the right to impose their beliefs/ideologies and practices on others because that is equally an infringement of that person's human right/freedom.

Agreed! But i don't support gays and lesbianism its morally wrong and disgusting and that is meh opinion !

Roman Catholic (RC) Archbishop Joseph Harris is calling on citizens to resist moves to accept homosexuality. He is the latest religious leader to speak out against what he described as society’s increasing acceptance of same-sex relationships..he said “We are copycats in T&T...We look at the US and what they do and want to do it too..its against God’s law, we are teaching our young people that it’s okay to lead a sinful life...We must turn back to God”..the church teaches us to love the sinner but hate the sin....is dis pointing fingers at ppl.....does dis life style have anyting to wit gods word.....what proof is there that this is God's doctrine to not condone same sex unions......should we have the right to live our lives as long as we do not harm others...r we pickin out part of the bible dat is convenient to we..Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a man as
one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be
put to death..how much ppl wud d state kill an how much money wud spen to prove dis in court...wat do u all feel it comes dong to..it is a human rights issue or a religion issue...or both!!!

well in my opinion i am really against bi /gays/lesbian but you know what ? , i am not like that but other people are and although its not right having our children to grow up and see that occurring in society , that line between what is right and wrong, i say do whats best for the people of our country ..
